Full Stack Developer

The Role

Early-to-mid career developer responsible for building and maintaining full stack web applications from front-end interfaces through back-end services. Works with modern development and AI tooling within a Microsoft GCC High environment, collaborating closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders. Ideal candidate is a strong team player who is eager to grow, writes clean maintainable code, and understands the constraints of developing in a secure, compliance-driven environment.

The Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Build and support back-end services, APIs, and integrations using Python and related frameworks.

  • Develop and enhance internal tools leveraging AI development platforms, APIs, and coding assistants.

  • Deploy and maintain applications within the GCC High environment, adhering to security baselines and compliance requirements (NIST 800-171, CMMC).

  • Participate in the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, code review, deployment, and documentation.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; optimize performance and usability.

  • Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams; contribute in an agile, team-oriented setting.

  • Stay current on development best practices, AI tooling, and secure coding standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience

  • 1–5 years of software development experience (early or mid career welcome)

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Proficiency in Python and back-end development tools (e.g., APIs, databases, server frameworks)

  • Experience with web application development end to end

  • Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g., LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, or ML frameworks)

  • Ability to work within a GCC High or similarly restricted/secure environment

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills; demonstrated team player

  • U.S. Citizenship (required for GCC High access)

  • Must reside in or relocate to the Atlanta metro area (hybrid) or TX, FL, or NC (remote)

Nice to have

  • Experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)

  • Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines

  • SQL and REST API design

  • Azure or Azure Government cloud services

  • experience in a government contracting environment; Security+ certification.
